Package
A pilot provides one organization with five seats and the agency intelligence workspace for a fixed evaluation period. It is separate from the paid, automatically renewing Professional subscription. The Terms of Service and Privacy Notice also apply.
Pilots and complimentary grants
An operator may issue one fixed 14-day pilot or a complimentary grant of no more than 30 days, with a recorded business reason. Neither is paid access or revenue and neither renews automatically.
Cancellation and refunds
A pilot or complimentary grant ends automatically at its recorded boundary and has no fee to refund. No payment method is collected and there is no automatic conversion. To purchase continued access, the organization owner must separately accept the subscription terms and complete checkout. Existing workspace data may remain with the same organization.
Early product
Features, coverage, and presentation may change. There is no SLA and no promise of procurement, hiring, response, historical completeness, or uninterrupted source availability.
Sharing
Evidence Packets may be shared for a legitimate internal decision or direct collaboration. Bulk redistribution, resale, public mirroring, and removal of provenance or limitation notices are prohibited.
Ending a pilot and retained data
RaiseFeed may end a pilot early for security, abuse, credential sharing, unlawful use, or a material breach. Ending access does not automatically delete workspace or audit evidence. Requests concerning personal data are handled under the Privacy Notice.
