RaiseFeed uses a deliberately small production vendor set. This list is reviewed when the processing boundary changes. Primary product data is hosted in the United States.
Google Cloud Platform
Purpose: application hosting, managed PostgreSQL, encrypted secrets, backups, logging, monitoring, and infrastructure services. Primary region: us-central1, United States. Google acts as a processor for customer data under its Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
Google Cloud's Vertex AI is used for two candidate features, each behind its own opt-in. Both run inside RaiseFeed's own Google Cloud project in the same region and under the same addendum, so no additional vendor receives candidate content, and Google does not use it to train its models.
Where a candidate has drafted answers enabled, it drafts answers to an employer's application questions. What is sent is the employer's question text and the facts the candidate supplied; documents, equal-opportunity answers and forwarded mail are never sent, and the identity that performs this work cannot decrypt a stored document.
Google Identity Services may also be used when a candidate explicitly chooses “Continue with Google.” Google supplies RaiseFeed with a verified email address, display name, and stable account identifier for authentication. RaiseFeed does not request contacts, Drive data, or offline access and does not retain a Google access token.
Where a candidate has separately asked for their CV to be read, it receives the text of that document and returns suggested profile fields the candidate reviews one at a time. Document headers and footers are not read, and the text is not retained after the read. Equal- opportunity answers and forwarded mail are never sent for either purpose.
Resend
Purpose: transactional access, verification, invitation, alert, digest, reminder, and welcome email delivery. Resend processes recipient, message, and delivery information, primarily in the United States, under its Data Processing Addendum. RaiseFeed does not subscribe to or store open/click tracking events.
Cloudflare
Purpose: routing the applicant-tracking mail a candidate chooses to forward to their private RaiseFeed address. Cloudflare Email Routing receives those forwarded copies and passes the sender, subject, and message text to RaiseFeed for a single classification pass, under its Data Processing Addendum. This applies only to candidates who create a forwarding address; message bodies are classified once and discarded, never stored. RaiseFeed is never in the delivery path of a candidate’s mail, and receives nothing from employers directly.
Stripe
Purpose: card checkout, subscription billing, Customer Portal, invoices and receipts, refunds and disputes, tax calculation, tax-ID collection, and obligation monitoring. Stripe receives buyer, billing, payment, and tax details. RaiseFeed retains provider IDs, billing periods, amounts, and access state—not card numbers, full billing addresses, or tax IDs. Stripe may act as processor or independent controller as described in its Data Processing Agreement. Live public billing is not active while the checkout gate displayed on Pricing is closed.
Changes
Material additions that process account, workspace, candidate, or billing data will be listed before or when they become active, with notice where applicable law or contract requires it. Questions may be sent to imran.hassan@rikhath.com.
