Monthly renewal
RaiseFeed Professional costs $99 USD per organization per month plus applicable tax and renews automatically until cancelled. Stripe provides the applicable billing receipt or invoice.
Cancellation
An organization owner may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access remains available through that exact boundary. The owner may reverse a scheduled cancellation in the Portal before the boundary. Cancellation does not automatically delete workspace evidence.
Failed renewal
A failed recurring payment receives a maximum three-day access grace period. RaiseFeed may suspend access and revoke sessions when the grace period ends without successful payment. Billing can still be recovered through Stripe's hosted Portal login.
Refunds
Payments are not prorated or refundable except where applicable law requires, for a duplicate payment, or when RaiseFeed cannot provide the purchased access. A full refund for the current service period suspends access. A partial refund is recorded but does not by itself change the paid access boundary.
Disputes and corrections
An open payment dispute suspends access while it is reviewed. A won dispute restores access only when Stripe still establishes a valid paid subscription period. For a duplicate charge, billing correction, or access failure, contact imran.hassan@rikhath.com with the organization name and Stripe invoice or receipt reference—never card details.
