By using RaiseFeed, you agree to these Terms. Pilot users also agree to the Early Access Terms. RaiseFeed Professional renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Permitted use
Professional workspaces are for internal business research by authorized members. The Professional permits five seats. You may share individual Evidence Packets for legitimate collaboration, but may not resell, bulk redistribute, mirror, scrape contacts, share credentials, or use abusive automation.
Evidence and limitations
RaiseFeed records employer-source observations and separately labeled inferences. It does not guarantee hiring, budget, responsiveness, procurement intent, source freshness, or historical completeness.
Customer content
You are responsible for workspace notes, imported portfolio data, and the lawfulness of your use. Do not add sensitive personal information or scraped contacts.
Availability and enforcement
RaiseFeed has no contractual SLA. It may suspend access for security risk, abuse, non-payment, a full current-period refund, an open payment dispute, credential sharing, or material violation. Availability objectives are internal operational targets only.
Ending access
Professional costs $99 USD per organization per month plus applicable tax. Cancellation normally takes effect at the paid period boundary. A failed renewal receives a three-day grace period. There is no prorated refund except where law requires, for duplicate payment, or when RaiseFeed cannot provide purchased access. Security, dispute, refund, and abuse suspensions may be immediate. Workspace evidence is not automatically deleted when access ends.
Billing provider
Stripe hosts checkout, stores payment credentials, calculates tax using configured registrations, issues financial receipts, and provides the billing portal. RaiseFeed stores provider identifiers, paid periods, subtotal, tax and total amounts, and access evidence; it does not store card numbers, full billing addresses, or tax IDs.

Product boundary
Candidate accounts and candidate beta capabilities are separate from RaiseFeed Professional and may be unavailable or gated. Candidate Pro is not offered for public purchase. RaiseFeed never provides background or quota-based automated applications. CRM sync and a public API remain demand-gated and are not included in Professional.
