These Terms are an agreement between RIKHATH LLC, doing business as RaiseFeed (“RaiseFeed,” “we,” or “us”), and the organization using the service. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind that organization. RaiseFeed is offered for business and professional use, not personal, family, or household use. By using RaiseFeed, you accept these Terms. Pilot users also accept the Pilot Terms.
Service license and permitted use
Subject to an active access grant, RaiseFeed gives the organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for internal business research. Professional permits five named seats. Individual Evidence Packets may be shared for a legitimate decision or direct collaboration, subject to their provenance and limitation notices.
You may not resell, sublicense, bulk redistribute, mirror, systematically extract, defeat access controls, interfere with service operation, scrape contacts, submit unlawful or sensitive personal data, share credentials, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, or use abusive automation. Public source links remain subject to their owners’ terms and rights.
Ownership
RaiseFeed and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, presentation, methodology, and compiled outputs. No ownership in a third-party source is claimed. The organization retains ownership of its workspace notes and imported account data and gives RaiseFeed the limited permission necessary to host, secure, process, and display that content for the service.
Evidence and limitations
RaiseFeed records employer-source observations and separately labeled inferences. It does not guarantee hiring, budget, responsiveness, procurement intent, source freshness, or historical completeness. RaiseFeed is not an employment agency, background-check service, consumer-reporting agency, legal adviser, tax adviser, or investment adviser. Users remain responsible for decisions and source verification.
Organization content and accounts
You are responsible for workspace notes, imported account data, and the lawfulness of your use. Do not add sensitive personal information or scraped contacts. Keep account access confidential, use named seats only, and promptly report suspected compromise. The organization is responsible for actions taken through its memberships.
Professional subscription
RaiseFeed Professional costs $99 USD per organization per month plus applicable tax, covers five named seats and the agency intelligence workspace, and renews automatically each month until cancelled. The price, renewal interval, material package terms, and cancellation policy are disclosed before checkout. No paid subscription begins from a pilot without a separate, affirmative checkout and successful payment.
Cancellation, payment failure, and refunds
The organization owner may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law requires otherwise. A failed renewal receives a maximum three-day grace period. Payments are not prorated or refundable except where applicable law requires, for a duplicate payment, or when RaiseFeed cannot provide the purchased access. A full current-period refund or open dispute suspends access. See the detailed cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Billing provider
Stripe hosts checkout, stores payment credentials, calculates tax using configured registrations, issues financial receipts, and provides the billing portal. RaiseFeed stores provider identifiers, paid periods, subtotal, tax and total amounts, and access evidence; it does not store card numbers, full billing addresses, or tax IDs.
Availability, changes, and enforcement
RaiseFeed has no contractual SLA. Features and coverage may change. We may suspend access for security risk, abuse, non-payment, a full current-period refund, an open payment dispute, credential sharing, or material violation. We will provide reasonable notice of a material adverse change when practicable and any notice required by law. Material changes to subscription price or renewal terms apply no earlier than a future renewal after required notice. Availability objectives are internal operational targets only.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” RaiseFeed disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. RaiseFeed’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid by the organization to RaiseFeed during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit the organization’s payment obligations or liability for unlawful use, infringement, or breach of the acceptable-use restrictions.
Ending access and data
Either party may end a pilot at its fixed boundary. RaiseFeed may terminate access for a material breach that is not cured after reasonable notice when cure is appropriate. Security, fraud, dispute, refund, and abuse suspensions may be immediate. Ending access does not automatically delete workspace evidence or accounting records. Data requests are handled under the Privacy Notice and applicable retention requirements.
Product boundary
Candidate accounts and candidate beta capabilities are separate from RaiseFeed Professional and may be unavailable or gated. Candidate Pro is not offered for public purchase. RaiseFeed never provides background or quota-based automated applications. CRM sync and a public API remain demand-gated and are not included in Professional.
RaiseFeed may prepare application material in advance, including drafting answers to an employer's own questions from information the candidate supplied. Anything drafted is a suggestion: it is shown with the information it was built from, it must be approved or rewritten before it can be placed in an application kit, and it is never submitted by RaiseFeed. The candidate is responsible for the accuracy of everything they submit.
Governing law and venue
Texas law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory right that cannot be waived, the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve it through the contact above. Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief.
General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The organization may not assign these Terms without written consent; RaiseFeed may assign them with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets. These Terms, the Privacy Notice, applicable Pilot Terms, checkout disclosures, and the cancellation/refund policy form the agreement for the service.
