Methodology
What an observation means.
RaiseFeed can establish that an employer-controlled source returned a listing at a stated time. That observation does not prove budget, recruiter intent, response likelihood, or an active hiring process.
Observed fact
A source listing, timestamp, payload identity, and successful complete crawl. Public recency labels are derived only from this evidence.
Company event
A primary announcement or filing retained with provenance, independent dates, and a reviewed company-identity link.
Inference
A clearly labeled interpretation. RaiseFeed never presents funding as proof that a role is approved or a source listing as proof that someone is actively hiring.
Language guardrails
We say: “Seen at employer source 4h ago.”
We do not say: “Verified real job” or “actively hiring.”
We say: “$5M offering amount filed.”
We do not say: “Raised $5M” unless primary evidence supports that separate claim.

Visible thresholds, reproducible results.
Initial source inventory is excluded from movement. Contraction and opening-rate comparisons require a complete 60-day monitoring baseline.
- Role-family movement
- Net 2 roles
- Role concentration
- 3 of at least 4 current roles and ≥50%
- Leadership opening
- ≥1 post-bootstrap, leadership-titled opening or reappearance
- Location / workplace
- 2 material role changes
- Acceleration
- ≥3 current-window openings, ≥2 more and ≥2× the prior window
- Deceleration
- Prior window ≥3; latest window ≤ half
Live accountability
Inspect what RaiseFeed cannot currently see.
The public ledger separates monitored, fresh, delayed, zero-job, unsupported, unresolved, and unchecked company states. Discovery data never counts as an employer observation.
