About the roleYou’ll work directly with the CEO as a force multiplier on the company’s highest-priority problems.The role is intentionally broad. Depending on what matters most, your work may span enterprise GTM, recruiting, operations, partnerships, fundraising, compliance, customer success, strategic initiatives, or entirely new problems that emerge as we grow. We expect you to bring structure to ambiguity, operate with minimal direction, and drive important work to completion.This is not a glamorous “strategy” role. A meaningful part of the job is doing the hard, messy, and sometimes tedious work required to keep a fast-growing company moving. One week you may help move an important enterprise deal forward and another week, you may spend hours solving an operational problem nobody else can own.This is a high-ownership role for someone unusually ambitious, resourceful, and fast-moving. Early-stage companies have both glamorous and unglamorous problems, and you’re willing to solve either when it matters.We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and experience operating in or around software companies. You might come from engineering, product, technical operations, consulting, or an early-stage startup.Roughly 2–6 years of experience is the sweet spot, but exceptional candidates outside that range are encouraged to apply.
