Founding Account Executive (Canada)

About the Role:We’re looking for a rockstar Account Executive to join our team at Reacher. This role entails putting together the full processes and systems for your end to end sales motion. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience taking early stage startups from launch to exit and are looking for their next challenge.You’ll be responsible for generating and closing new opportunities, nurturing relationships with business owners, and ensuring customers see maximum success on TikTok Shop using our platform.Why you should consider joining:About Reacher: We're the #1 TikTok Shop partner helping brands like Under Armour, Hanes, HeyDude, and Logitech scale their affiliate marketing. Reacher will be a key infrastructure component of the creator economy.What you'll do:Own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing, first meeting, closed and maintaining relationships with a book of businessBuild pipeline via outbound, inbound, events, partnerships and leveraging AI powered toolsTake prospects from initial contact through to closed-won and onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable customer satisfaction.Work closely with founders, and leadership to keep a tight feedback loop between product, engineering and customer successHelp lay the foundation or the future sales organization as the company growsRequired Experience:3-5 years in Account Executive role at an early or growth stage startup, Prior SDR/BDR experience is a plusProven track record in closing deals and exceeding quotaExcited about working in an office within LABuilders mindset ready to grow sales strategies and assist with GTMProven ability to manage the full cycle: prospecting, closing, onboarding, and retaining customersStrong background in e-commerce, digital, or SaaS platformsExperience building relationships directly with business owners and decision makersExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to travel for in-person meetings and eventsPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or affiliate/creator marketingExisting network of e-commerce or Amazon ecosystem customers (bonus)Hands-on skills with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, AI SDRs, or similar) to scale outreach and email sequencing
