Whether you're building on our platform, partnering with our customers, or shaping our story: We just make things finance teams want.About the role We are looking for a Tech Lead to own the technical direction of our platform and grow with us as the engineering team scales. You'll combine deep hands-on engineering with architectural leadership - setting the standard for how we build, ship, and operate AI-powered finance software at enterprise scale. You'll work directly with our CTO and founding team to make the critical technical decisions that define our product and platform. This is not a management-only role - you'll write code, shape architecture, mentor engineers, and drive the technical roadmap.
