As an early clinical hire, you’ll contribute to a developing care model while focusing primarily on high-quality medication management and integrated treatment planning.This is a full-time, remote position, with scheduling structured to support both consistent client care and clinician sustainability.ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and medication managementPrescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with Pennsylvania scope of practice and Sunflower protocolsEducate clients on medications, including risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected outcomesCollaborate with therapists and care team members to support integrated treatment planningParticipate in clinical case discussions and team meetingsMaintain timely, accurate documentation within the electronic health recordSupport quality, safety, and compliance standards across clinical careSupport additional clinical responsibilities as needed to ensure high-quality, coordinated careQualificationsActive, unrestricted Pennsylvania PMHNP license (multi-state a plus)Master of Science in Nursing with Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasisDEA registration (or willingness to obtain)2+ years providing psychiatric care (experience with SUD strongly preferred)Comfort treating adults with complex, co-occurring conditionsClear communicator with strong clinical judgmentStartup mindset: bias for action, low ego, high ownershipExcited to build something new, not just maintain something oldWhat you’ll getCompetitive cash compensation $120k - $160k (DOE)50% medical / 75% dental / 100% vision401(k) with up to 3.5% matchUnlimited PTORemote-first work - live anywhere on Earth (or Mars if the Wi-Fi holds)Modern tooling, including AI-assisted documentationPhysician supervision is fully provided and covered by the roleA small, highly collaborative clinical team that values quality, learning, and continuous improvement.The chance to meaningfully contribute to how psychiatric care works inside a category-defining product
