You’ll join a team of Thoughtful Doers™ from places like Palantir, Cruise, Meta, Uber, and Google.📍 Credal is in-person in our spacious NYC office with meals provided.As our Founding BDR, you are the tip of the spear for Credal’s growth. You'll be starting meaningful conversations with technical leaders, security teams, and executives at the world's most important institutions. You’ll help open doors for the sales team and shape how we engage potential clients, starting from first touches like cold calls and personalized emails.As the first BDR, you’ll collaborate with marketing, growth, and partnerships, learn quickly, and have a clear path to expand into full-cycle sales or other roles.In this role, you will:Help shape our first-touch strategy, from crisp, personalized emails and warm introductions to thoughtful cold outreach and creative campaignsBuild the outbound playbook, working directly with our GTM and leadership team to figure out what messaging resonates, which channels work, and how we scale what worksHold high-signal initial conversations, understand a prospect's pain points, and seamlessly bridge them to the rest of our teamShare real-time market feedback directly with our engineering and marketing teams to refine our narrative and product roadmapAs our first BDR, you'll have a clear, direct path to expand into an Account Executive, Growth, or customer-facing leadership role as the company scalesAbout youYou might be a great fit if you're a high-ownership, naturally curious builder who loves the challenge of opening doors and starting hard conversations. You understand what makes enterprise organizations tick, how decisions get made, and how to spot buying intent.Bonus points:Prior experience in a BDR/SDR, growth, or outbound role at an early-stage or developer-focused startup.Familiarity with the modern AI or developer tools landscape.
