Full-Stack Software Engineer

Full-stack engineer at Pelica Health, a Y Combinator backed AI company building the operating system for value-based care.You will design and build features spanning front end, back end, data storage, and processing. You will integrate large language models, process large clinical and claims datasets, apply traditional ML where it works better, and make architectural calls across frameworks, data models, and APIs.Looking for 3+ years of full-stack experience with substantial work in AI/ML. React and TypeScript on the front end. Python or Node on the back end. Comfort with AWS, real databases, and shipping. Bonus: prior startup or founder experience.
