Every cut ships to spec the first timeUse data to make decisions without drowning in dashboards. Numbers guide, intuition decidesWork across every department to keep material, orders, and people flowingPartner closely with our software engineering team. You are their eyes on the floor and they build what you needYou should be:Experienced. 4 to 8 years running a factory floor or leading production teamsStrong on intuition. You can walk the floor and know what's wrong before the report says soSharp with practical math. Yields, cycle times, capacity, marginsFull of tribal knowledge about machines, metal, and the people who run bothUrgent, organized, and fastLow ego, high agency. You handle big items alone and ask for help when you need itCustomer obsessed. The part ships on time or you know whyNever someone who says "that's not my job"This role is full time, in person in Detroit.
