This is a build-and-own role, not a support role.WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn the growth data layer end to end: instrument the funnel, enrich every signup, and build the dashboards the company treats as the source of truthTurn our best customers into ten more: lookalike modeling, automated outbound, LinkedIn plays, and surfacing champions and buyers inside companies already using usRun experiments across the PLG engine (content, integrations, backlinks, paid) and double down on what moves signupsConnect the stack through APIs, webhooks, and automation so data moves cleanly between PostHog, our CRM, enrichment providers, and outbound toolingDecide what tools we use and what gets kicked to the curb. You own the stackBuild AI-powered internal toolsShip systems from prototype through rollout and adoption, then hold your ground. You built it, the team follows itWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORA technical foundation: CS, data science, or equivalent.
