Live in their slack channels and meet them at their desks.Build POCs to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-valueOwn design partnerships with end users to shape the product roadmapDevelop deep understanding of each customer's use case and business objectives, and be their greatest internal advocateDefine and improve the playbooks, processes, and tooling that will let us scale what worksOwn the onboarding story, keeping documentation high quality and understanding our users' greatest friction pointsAbout youYou might be a great fit if you're a customer-obsessed problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and enterprise trust.
