Concourse is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, CRV, YC, Standard Capital, and 50+ angel investors from companies like OpenAI, Cursor, Vercel, Brex, Carta, Rippling, 1Password, Deel, Jeeves, and DoorDash.About the RoleWe're hiring an AI Deployment Strategist to build and deploy AI agents for our customers, working alongside our CTO and forward deployed engineering team. Your mission is to scale the impact of our AI agents across every finance team we serve. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their workflows, design product experiences that increase adoption, and build systems that ensure Concourse becomes core to their financial operations.You'll work closely with our founders and engineers to work directly on deployments and learn how these systems work from the inside. You'll think strategically about what unlocks customer value, prioritize use cases, and build out agent workflows. Your work will directly shape how we grow to thousands of customers and define how finance teams interact with AI & agents.This is a high-impact role for someone who has a strong understanding of finance, problem solving, and thrives at the intersection of product, data, and customer outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild agents for customers: Design, configure, and tune AI agent workflows against each customer's data, systems, and reporting conventions, and iterate these outputs with finance teams.Optimize AI & Prompt Performance: Maintain prompt libraries, tune model configurations, and ensure high-quality outputs for finance use cases.Identify and prioritize use cases: Sit with finance teams to map their recurring workflows, then judge which are highest-value, most repeatable, and best suited to an agent.Run deployments with the forward deployed engineering team: Scope, build, and launch deployments, aligning on business goals and ensuring quick time-to-value.Build Analytics & Insights: Create dashboards and analytics that reveal customer behavior, product usage patterns, and revenue expansion opportunities.Inform GTM Strategy: Identify patterns across customers to refine positioning, messaging, onboarding playbooks, and expansion strategies.Design High-Impact Customer Journeys: Optimize onboarding, training, and lifecycle experiences that help finance teams reach first value faster and become long-term power usersBuild Customer Health Frameworks: Develop systems for segmentation, health scoring, expansion signals, and proactive account insights.Architect Finance System Integrations: Work across ERPs, banks, CRMs, HRIS tools, and custom databases to design scalable agent capabilities and promptsAbout You1-3 years in finance, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, finance operations, or data and systems roles supporting finance teamsDeep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and how finance teams operate, and the workflows they performExperience vibe-coding, passionate about AI and finding opportunities to automate systemsProficient in SQL, comfortable writing queries for analysis, building and testing eval sets, debugging issues, and working with customer dataFamiliarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres, etc.)Experience with finance systems (QBO, Ramp, NetSuite, Intacct, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and relevant finance tasks that pull from these systems (preferred but not required)Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is able to self-direct, move quickly, and operate with high ownership in a startup settingExperience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or tuning AI outputs for analytical or operational workflows (preferred but not required)Why You Should Join UsJoining Concourse is an incredible opportunity to get in at the ground level of a high-growth, category-defining AI company.
