As an Account Executive, you will partner with these organizations and work alongside our engineering team to deliver results.You will own new and expansion business at target accounts. Every company buys software differently, and we see that as an opportunity rather than a headache. The sellers who succeed here tailor their approach to SalesPatriot and each deal instead of running the playbook they used at their last company.What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle from first meeting to close, across both technical and economic buyersProspect, qualify, run demos, negotiate, and close without waiting for perfect systems or instructionBuild customer profiles that identify what each target account needs and the best way to address itDrive our growth inside large institutionsKnow the product and industry inside and out, and explain how it solves real problems for real customersMeet or exceed your targets by closing enterprise contractsRequired Attributes7+ years of outbound sales experience focused on closing new business and growing existing accountsExperience closing significant enterprise agreementsAble to explain the platform's impact to any audience, technical or not, and connect the client's needs to what our software can doComfort navigating complex procurement and acquisition processesStrong instincts for people and organizations, including a knack for finding the champions and decision makers who get deals doneThe ability to build trust and drive real change inside large organizationsA willingness to learn, lead, and follow depending on what the moment calls forAbility to travel 50% or more based on business needsPreferred AttributesBackground in distribution or defenseProven track record of consistent over-achievement (100%+ quota attainment) in complex, consultative sales cycles (1-4 months)Past experience at an early-stage startup (seed-Series C)
