About LatentLatent is building the intelligence infrastructure for healthcare. Our clinical AI platform helps health systems streamline medication access by automating complex workflows — prior authorizations, appeals, and 340B compliance. By surfacing relevant clinical evidence from EHR data, we reduce administrative burden and accelerate time-to-therapy for patients. We recently raised an $80M Series A co-led by Spark Capital and Transformation Capital, with participation from General Catalyst, McKesson Ventures, Y Combinator, and Conviction. We serve 2M+ patients across 45+ of the nation's leading health systems — including Yale New Haven, Mount Sinai, UCSF, Ochsner, and Vanderbilt. We move fast, operate with high ownership, and build products that directly improve patient care.
