We're looking for a Product Designer to shape the next generation of clinical AI products powering healthcare.The RoleAs we build the design function at Latent, You'll join a growing design function and own design end to end, from early problem framing through shipped product. You'll work directly with engineering, product, and customers to design enterprise software that makes complex clinical workflows feel simple.What You'll DoProduct Design & OwnershipOwn the full design process from discovery through delivery for core product areasMake smart tradeoffs between speed and polish to keep shipping without sacrificing craftEnterprise & Workflow DesignDesign complex, multi-user workflows for clinical and operational teams at large health systemsTranslate dense healthcare processes into clear, intuitive product experiencesHandle edge cases, permissions, and system states that come with enterprise softwareDiscovery & Customer InsightWork directly with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows and pain pointsTurn ambiguous problems into clear product directionBalance user needs with long-term product visionDesign FoundationsEstablish design standards and processes that grow with the teamPartner closely with engineering on implementation quality and handoffsWhat We're Looking ForExperience:Enterprise Experience: Has designed complex workflows, multi-user systems, and operationally dense software.
