We're looking for a Product Manager to define and build the next generation of clinical AI products powering healthcare.The RoleAs a Product Manager at Latent, you will own critical product initiatives from strategy through execution. Working closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customers, you'll identify the highest-impact problems in healthcare operations and deliver scalable solutions for large health systems.What You'll DoProduct Strategy & OwnershipDefine product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needsTranslate ambiguous problems into clear product plans, requirements, and deliverablesOwn product outcomes and metrics for the areas of the platform you leadCustomer Insight & DiscoveryWork directly with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows and operational challengesConduct user interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable product insightsBalance customer input with long-term vision and strategic prioritiesExecution & Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build and ship products quicklyWrite clear product specs and make trade-offs to unblock developmentDrive projects from concept through launch and iterationMetrics & Continuous ImprovementDefine success metrics and run experiments to measure product performanceUse data and customer feedback to continuously improve features and workflowsWhat We're Looking ForProduct Experience: 5+ years in product management (or equivalent in engineering, product strategy, or a related field) building enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflow productsEnd-to-End Ownership: Track record of taking a product area from strategy and discovery through launch and measurable outcomes.
