Claim Health replaces this fragmentation with an intelligent, software-driven platform that unifies data, automates execution, and enables real-time decision-making across revenue-critical operations.We’re building an adaptive platform that brings clarity, predictability, and scale to environments where reliability matters.About the RoleWe’re hiring an Operations Associate to help design, build, and scale the core operational processes that power Claim Health. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting or startup operations who enjoys ambiguity, systems thinking, and working directly with customers.You’ll sit at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering - owning implementations, tracking key metrics, and turning real-world complexity into scalable, repeatable workflows.What You’ll DoBuild & Scale Operational ProcessesDesign and implement operational workflows across customer onboarding, claims-related processes, and ongoing supportDocument and standardize processes through SOPs, playbooks, and internal toolingIdentify operational bottlenecks and work cross-functionally to improve efficiency and reliabilityMetrics & Operational InsightDefine, track, and report on key operational and customer metrics (e.g., implementation timelines, workflow throughput, issue resolution)Build dashboards and lightweight analyses to inform product and operational decisionsUse data to identify trends, surface risks, and prioritize improvementsCustomer-Facing & Implementation WorkWork directly with customers during onboarding and implementation to ensure successful adoption of Claim HealthAct as a day-to-day operational partner for customers, helping coordinate across internal teams to resolve issuesGather customer feedback and translate it into actionable operational or product enhancementsCross-Functional ExecutionSupport customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and steady statePartner closely with product and engineering to operationalize new features and workflowsServe as the connective tissue between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth executionWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in:Management consulting, operations, or strategy roles, orProduct operations / operations roles at an early-stage startupStrong process-building instincts—you enjoy creating structure where none existsAnalytical mindset with comfort defining and managing key metricsExperience working directly with customers and owning outcomes end-to-endClear, concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsHigh ownership mentality and bias toward actionNice to HaveExperience with healthcare operations, claims, billing, or revenue cycle workflowsExperience supporting SaaS onboarding or implementationsComfort working with data and tools such as SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or internal dashboardsCoding experience (e.g., Python, SQL, scripting) and/or a Computer Science degreeExperience working closely with product and engineering teamsWhy Join Claim HealthReal impact: Your work affects mission-critical operations and financial outcomesOwnership: Meaningful equity and influence over the platform’s directionHard problems: Complex systems, real constraints, no toy use casesSpeed: Small team, fast feedback loops, high leverage work.
