We build solar-powered aircraft that fly at 60,000 ft for weeks at a time, delivering persistent, affordable, and scalable presence from this layer of the atmosphere.</p> <h2 style="color: #0000ee;">Mission</h2> <p>Re-establish and maintain dominance in the Stratosphere.</p> <h2 style="color: #0000ee;">What you’ll do</h2> <ul> <li>Pick up, deliver, and move supplies, equipment, and materials to support office and team operations.</li> <li>Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries and packages.</li> <li>Keep the office organized, stocked, and presentable, including common areas and supply storage.</li> <li>Set up and break down for meetings, events, and visitors.</li> <li>Support procurement workflows, including vendor coordination and PO tracking.</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors for facilities and office needs.</li> <li>Pitch in across a wide range of operational and administrative tasks that keep the business running day to day.</li> </ul> <h2 style="color: #0000ee;">What we’re looking for</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities, or a related field.</li> <li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Comfortable handling a variety of tasks and shifting priorities.</li> <li>Able to lift and move supplies and packages as needed.</li> <li>A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.</li> <li>Experience with procurement, supply chain, or vendor management is a plus.</li> <li>Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, or similar platforms is a plus.</li> <li>Interest in aerospace, defense, or hardware startups is a plus.</li> <li>Able to work on-site in El Segundo, CA.</li> </ul> <h2 style="color: #0000ee;">Why Icarus</h2> <ol> <li>Meaningful equity</li> <li>Top market salary and bonuses</li> <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Factory in El Segundo</li> <li>Real ownership, real hardware, real flight</li> <li>Small team, massive responsibility</li> <li>High signal (engineering) to noise (management) culture</li> <li>Dream desk setup</li> <li>Daily lunch</li> <li>Unlimited celsius</li> </ol> <h2 style="color: #0000ee;">This is not a normal ops job</h2> <ol> <li>We are pioneers, not corporate managers. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
