QA & Authorisation Handler

Turning risk into opportunityHuman progress runs on a single trade: risk for opportunity. Every venture worth doing - a new business, a new home, an exciting trip - means accepting the chance it goes wrong. Insurance is what lets us take those chances anyway, and the claim is the moment it either delivers on that promise or fails to.We're rebuilding that moment. ClaimSorted is an AI-native claims solution for insurers and large corporates that resolves claims faster, fairer, and more reliably than the industry ever has. Handle risk that well, and people are free to take on more of it - that's how you push society toward opportunity: not by eliminating risk, but by making recovery so fast and certain it stops being a reason to hold back. We're one of the fastest-growing InsurTechs - scaling 10x YoY, processing hundreds of millions in claims payouts, and backed by the world's leading investors: Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo. What we are looking forWe are looking for a confident, analytical and detail-focused QA & Authorisation Handler to join our Technical Claims Support Team. You will provide a key technical control across our claims operation, completing Quality Assurance reviews and reviewing claim settlements at the authorisation stage. As the final line of defence before a claim settlement is approved, you will be responsible for independently reviewing the claim, evidence, policy coverage and settlement calculation before making the decision to authorise, pass back or escalate. This requires confidence and strong technical judgement.
