Nox Metals is hiring a Senior Operator who will report directly to the CEO. This role does not require manufacturing experienced, we are looking for someone who has scaled a company. This role will manage all business functions and help us scale:Super proficient with AI coding OrganizedExecutes tasks assigned TravelStand up new factoriesLead, inspire, and hire Manage teamsSelf autonomy Focused on the exponential Creates new ideas Attention to detailGreat attitude Managed finances We are looking for someone who has done the following, though we are not married to these:Has scaled a startup from early days to growth stage or IPOManaged a team of over 25 Has reported and supported a CEO or leader within a high growth company Has been an operator Has built things that never existed before The role will be based in LA and/or Detroit. It is full-time in person.
