Look beyond opens and clicks to understand whether users took the next step and continued getting value from Bolna.Required SkillsHands-on growth experience: 3+ years of experience building and running growth or lifecycle programs, with examples of work you personally executed and measured.Funnel and cohort analysis: Ability to use product data to spot drop-offs, segment users meaningfully, and decide where to focus.Email marketing: Experience writing, building, testing, and improving automated journeys and targeted campaigns.Experimentation: Experience forming a hypothesis, launching an experiment, measuring its impact, and iterating based on the results.Clear writing: Ability to explain a product capability in a way that helps a user understand why and how to use it.Relevant background: Experience with self-serve SaaS, developer products, product-led growth, or tools like SQL and product analytics is a plus.Bias toward execution: You’re comfortable getting into the data, writing the email, setting up the campaign, checking the results, and fixing what isn’t working.Ownership in ambiguity: You can make progress when the problem, audience, or measurement approach hasn’t been fully defined for you.Why JoinBacked to build big: Bolna is backed by Y Combinator and leading investors, and we are on a mission to build a generational voice AI company from India.Rocketship trajectory: We are profitable, growing rapidly, and handling more than 4 million minutes of real conversations every week.
