This person will lead the sales organization, develop a repeatable and scalable sales process, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets.This is a hands-on leadership role and will coach and manage the sales team while remaining closely involved in major opportunities, strategic accounts, forecasting, pipeline development, and deal execution.The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader who can balance strategy with execution. They understand how to build high-performing teams, create accountability, improve sales operations, and successfully sell a technical B2B SaaS product to sophisticated customers.As Pirros continues to grow, the VP of Sales will play a critical role in increasing revenue, expanding market presence, and building the sales foundation required for the company’s next stage.What You’ll DoOwn Pirros’ sales strategy, revenue plan, and lead, manage, coach, and develop the Sales and Business Development teamsEstablish clear goals, performance expectations, territories, and accountability across the organizationManage the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation and discovery through negotiation and closePersonally support and lead strategic, complex, and high-value opportunitiesDevelop accurate revenue forecasts and provide clear pipeline reporting to company leadershipMonitor sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and other key metricsPartner with Marketing to improve lead generation, positioning, messaging, and campaign effectivenessPartner with Customer Success to support smooth customer handoffs, renewals, expansion, and long-term account growthWork closely with Product and Engineering to communicate market feedback, customer needs, objections, and competitive insightsImprove sales enablement, onboarding, training, messaging, playbooks, and objection-handling resourcesBuild and continuously improve a repeatable, scalable sales processDevelop compensation plans and incentive structures that align sales performance with company goalsRepresent Pirros with customers, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholdersWhat You’ll OwnRevenue performance — Pirros consistently meets or exceeds its new business and growth targetsSales team performance — the team is coached, accountable, motivated, and operating at a high levelPipeline development — the organization maintains sufficient, high-quality pipeline to support revenue goalsForecasting accuracy — leadership has a reliable and transparent view of expected revenueSales process — Pirros has a disciplined, repeatable, and scalable approach to winning new customersDeal execution — strategic opportunities move forward with urgency and close successfullyMarket feedback — Product, Marketing, and leadership understand what prospects need, value, and object toWhat We’re Looking ForDemonstrated experience helping scale ARR from ~$10 million to $50 million in B2B SaaS salesProven success meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment Strong coaching, leadership, and performance-management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative, and multi-stakeholder sales cyclesStrong forecasting, pipeline-management, and sales-analytics capabilitiesExperience selling technical workflow, collaboration, document-management, or vertical SaaS productsExpert with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar sales platformsExperience developing sales playbooks, compensation plans, territory models, forecasting processes, and enablement programsNice to HaveExperience selling software to architecture, engineering, construction, BIM, Revit, or AEC customersExisting relationships within the architecture, engineering, construction, or design technology industriesAt Pirros, we believe that the convergence of fresh perspectives and experiences from all walks of life is what makes our product and culture so great.
