This is not a traditional executive assistant role. We’re looking for a high-judgment operator who can own executive support fundamentals while also taking on operational projects, coordinating across people and business operations, and helping the company run more effectively every day.You’ll partner closely with the CEO and work in lockstep with F2’s operations and people leaders. You’ll manage the core administrative responsibilities that create leverage — calendar, travel, expenses, and meeting prep — but success in this role also means stepping beyond reactive support into proactive problem-solving, project execution, and operational coordination.This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow toward business operations, strategic operations, or chief of staff–type work over time, while remaining deeply excellent at executive support.
